Boy Scout Food Drive - Saturday, November 15th, 2003

On a bright, blue, fall saturday morning, Boy Scout troops spread out across Arlington to collect the bags that they had distributed throughout our community the previous week.  This is the biggest food drive of the year for AFAC, which receives all of the food collected by the Arlington troops.  As of wednesday, November 19th, the total food collected is 50,818 pounds, and it is still coming in!

AFAC is extremely grateful to the Boy Scouts for this tremendous effort, and to the Arlington community for supporting the Scouts.  THANK YOU!
