Bringing Food to AFAC

Please bring your food donations to the Arlington Food Assistance Center located at 2708 South Nelson Street, Arlington, Virginia 22206. See the map and directions below.

We are open for food donations:

• 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday, and
• 9am -11am Saturday.

You can also drop-off food at several locations in Arlington:

• Arlington Central Library, 1015 N. Quincy St., open daily
  
  
• Ballston Animal Hospital, 5232 Wilson Blvd., closed Sunday
  
  
• Kinder Haus Toys, 1220 N. Fillmore St., open 10-8 Mon-Sat and 10-6 Sunday

AFAC is located on South Nelson St. in Arlington, Virginia, adjacent to Shirlington.

• From I-395, take the Shirlington Exit and proceed North on Shirlington Road. Turn left onto South Four Mile Run Drive, going one block before taking the first left onto South Nelson Street. AFAC will be on your right.
• From North Arlington, take S. George Mason Drive or S. Walter Reed Drive south to S. Four Mile Run. Turn left onto S. Four Mile Run and to S. Nelson St. Turn right onto South Nelson Street. AFAC will be on your right.
• From the Rosslyn/Ballston corridor, take S. Glebe Road to Shirlington Road. Turn right onto South Four Mile Run Drive, going one block before taking the first left onto South Nelson Street. AFAC will be on your right.
